I gladly accept returns and exchanges for any reason.

Contact me within 5 days of receipt to make arrangements, and have the return back in the mail to me within 7 days of receipt.

Unauthorized returns are not accepted and will be returned to sender.

Returns or exchanges sent with insufficient postage will be returned to sender.

What should I do if I think my order is lost in the mail?

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which you can find in your orders or in the Etsy shipping confirmation e-mail you received. Please let me know if your order looks stuck someplace, and I'll have USPS put out a package alert to help find it. If your package has not been found or delivered within a week I'll submit an insurance claim so I can refund or replace your purchase.

Will I need to pay customs fees or VAT?

Customers living outside the US may be required to pay additional fees when their parcel arrives. Theses fees are assessed and collected by the customer’s country of residence. Please refer to the regulations for your country for answers to this question.
